Step-mother

Kazim was 9 years old, he has one brother his name is Muhsen he was 6 years old and one sister her name is Ikhlas she was 7 years old, they were living with their parents and their grandfather and grandmother were living in next house where they live, every thing was good their father works in the factory he goes to work from 6:00 until 6:00 pm so he has almost no time to take care for kids, their mother was taking care for them, their mother was every thing for them.
Next year their mother became sick and she died it was big loss for kids who they used to live with their mother’s love and care, their father decided to marry, their stepmother started to hate kids and didn’t treat them well, every day morning their stepmother wake them up and force them to work early morning after their father goes to work wash dishes, sweep and clean, one day Kazim refused to obey his stepmother beat him up, Kazim and his sister and brother ran to his grandfather’s house and told them what she is doing for them their grandmother said wait until your father comes back from work, when their father came their grandmother took them and explained every thing but their father was tired and stepmother said this is untrue she continued that kids beat me up and ran to their grandfather’s house, their father believed his wife and didn’t believe his kids so pain and torture continued on kids, one day stepmother ordered kids to wash her feet but kids refused to do it they tried to run but stepmother caught Muhesn and Ikhlas and put them in room then she started to heat metal stick and cauterized their back and leg she said if you mention this to your father or any body next time I will kill you and if any one asks you what is this? You are going tell we were playing with fire accidentally burned.
In that day their father came back from work stepmother told that kids made fire and burned some parts in their body, father didn’t care adding for this he punished all kids for making fire.
Kids complaints are increasing day by day but their father doesn’t care, their grandfather and grandmother know but they can’t do any thing to stop it, stepmother started to lessen their food and sometimes keep them without food, she gives one bread for all morning in lunchtime she cooks just for her sometimes she cooks meat and she doesn’t give for kids, when grandmother knew this she cooked meat and took it for kids stepmother said put it here I will feed kids later they aren’t hungry now when grandmother left she threw it out even kids didn’t knew, stepmother didn’t take care with their taking shower, kids became unclean and had lice, for all this kids are afraid to tell any about what happening to them by their stepmother, grandfather bought for kids two chickens, one rooster and one rabbit for kids to play and forget sadness happened by losing their mother and stepmother’s bad treatment, stepmother killed the animals in front of kids and said this will be lesson for you if you don’t obey me I will kill you all, Kazim didn’t bear this and shot her stone on her head and they ran to their grandfather’s house, Kazim told his grandfather how she killed their animals in front of them and they were crying but she didn’t care, grandfather didn’t bear this he took wood stick and beat stepmother up with wood stick, grand father took kids and started to feed them let them to take shower grand mother started to take care of them but at night they go to their home to sleep, their father was angry why grandfather beat his wife up he threatened if this happens for his wife again he will throw kids to streets, kids stared to see food and stay on their bed long time, grandfather bought to them toys and more animals but their grandmother died after two months, grandfather knew if he marries again the terrible things will happen for his grandkids but he married, their step-grandmother didn’t care for kids and she threatened if kids stay here I will leave, grandfather had no choice he sent grandkids back to their home which grandmother waiting for revenge.
One night stepmother decided to take her revenge from kids she dressed black and hid her face and started to wait any one goes to toilet to scare them, little Muhsen went to toilet in that night she appeared with her black dress to scare him, Muhesn got scared very bad and he became crazy, Kazim and Ikhlas decided to obey stepmother until they have some solution for their problem, after four years father became sick left work laying on the bed only, stepmother left them after their father’s sickness, Kazim started to work to support his sick brother and father and his sister, Ikhlas took care of his sick brother and father and doing house work cooking, sweeping and everything. Grandfather put his house in kids’ name, after 3 years their grandfather died Kazim was 17 years old he sold house and opened store for him to support his family, also he took his brother to doctor he became better than first now he is helping his brother in store.

Family in Iraq

Thabit is 11 years old, he lives in his grandfather’s house, and the house has four rooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and two toilets. Thabit lives with his grandfather, grandmother, his father and mother, 4 sisters, 2 brothers, 2 aunts, one uncle and his wife and 4 cousins, Thabit was going to school but he had to quit because his father needed him to work to support family, his father works at market from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm so Thabit joined him, when they come from work Thabit becomes very hungry he eats with kids in house because first they put food for kids after kids eat family starts to eat.
After lunch Thabit goes out to play with neighbors’ kids, before sunsets his mother gives him bags and some money and send him to market to buy cheep vegetables because end of day vegetable prices go down, Thabit takes his cousin Ali with him to buy food for tomorrow, Ali is 10 years old lives in same house he is sick has asthma, at night they come home with food, Thabit, his sisters, brothers and cousins start to play in home at night until kids get tired and get sleep, all kids sleep in one room.
Thabit makes some quarrels but he avoids making it when Ali is with him because Ali has asthma and can’t run, Thabit goes to play with many kids and learn jokes to tell his little brothers, sisters and cousins, Friday is holiday they cook meat on Fridays, kids can’t wait Friday to eat meat they wait every Friday at kitchen until meat cooked.

Everything at roundbout !!!

Abdulrahman was six years old he joined to school it was his first year his father bought him schoolbag and some stationeries, Abdulrahman was very happy with his new schoolbag and going to school, his sister 10 years old her name Sahar, she goes to school too. It is first day of school both of woke up early Abdulrahman’s mother dressed him up and prepared his schoolbag and told Sahar to hold her brother’s hand specially crossing streets, Sahar took his brother holding his hand to school, Abdulrahman was very happy his first time going to school until they arrived at roundabout and stopped waiting traffic police to cross them to other side, Abdulrahman saw one of traffic police came and crossed them up after they crossed up the roundabout Abdulrahman asked her sister who are these guys? Sahar said they are traffic policemen they organize traffic and direct cars.
Abdulrahman loved their uniforms and he loves cars already so he loved being traffic police.
Abdulrahman every day when hey come from school insists to stay half hour watch traffic police before her sister takes him home, when he did it for first time his mother was very worried why they delayed coming home when they arrived home his mother was waiting in front of home when she saw them coming her face smiled, Abdulrahman’s mother asked them why did they delay coming home? Sahar said Abdulrahman insists standing up and watching traffic policemen at roundabout, Abdulrahman said mom you will go to tailor and tell her to sew for me one of traffic police’s uniform. His mother said I would do it if you quit delaying; Abdulrahman became very happy waiting his small traffic police uniform after this he begs her sister just watch them for five minutes her sister lets him just for five minutes, when teachers ask Abdulrahman what are you going to be in future? He says traffic policeman, teachers even noticed how Abdulrahman is fond with traffic police.

One day one traffic policeman noticed that one kid every day watches them and wants to touch their hat, that traffic policeman talked with Abdulrahman and Abdulrahman told him how he likes traffic police and asked him to wear his hat, traffic policeman put his hat on Abdulrahman’s head this made Abdulrahman very happy, Abdulrahman and that traffic policeman became friends, when Abdulrahman went home he was trying to tell his mother how he is happy he wore up traffic policeman’s hat but his mother was hiding surprise, his mother said I have some thing for after lunch, Abdulrahman’s happiness made him to forget small uniform for him after lunch her mother brought him small traffic policeman uniform with small hat, Abdulrahman became very happy he immediately dressed it and he started to play with his toy cars and he told his mother how he wore real hat and became friend with one of traffic policemen.

At end of school year he dressed his small uniform to get his result for first year; Sahar took his brother at roundabout traffic policemen saw Abdulrahman with his uniform, Abdulrahman told them I am going to get my scores for this year, traffic policemen said we are waiting you, when he came with his sister, Abdulrahman told traffic policemen I succeeded, traffic policemen became very happy and they bought candies for him.

Therefore Abdulrahman and traffic policemen at roundabout became friends in summer Abdulrahman visits them with his small uniform and comes home he used to spend his times with them, sometimes Abdulrahman’s cooks food for traffic policemen in that roundabout and Abdulrahman takes it to them.

In next year Abdulrahman’s second year for school, Abdulrahman started to go school but he didn’t quit spending time with traffic policemen, no school on Fridays so Abdulrahman spends his time with them.
One-day terrorists tried to plant bomb on side road close that roundabout but traffic policemen called cops and cops came arrested 2 of terrorists and other 2 ran away and they failed to make explosion, but terrorists knew that traffic policemen informed so they prepared revenge for them.
Traffic policemen at that roundabout took care very well because they knew that terrorists come back for them, terrorists knew that Abdulrahman is friend with them, two of terrorists were waiting Abdulrahman to come at roundabout, when Abdulrahman was going to roundabout two terrorists gave him bomb but they put it in dishes with food to take it t them, when Abdulrahman arrived roundabout he was trying to say two men gave this food to take it for you, the bomb exploded, there were 11 traffic policemen 6 of them died including Abdulrahman and 3 of them injured.

Omer and his brothers are watching cartoons now

Muslim is father 6 kids, he lives with his family in rent house, he was making money which enough just for food, clothes and rent. There is no furniture in their house; Muslim couldn’t buy some stuff because he has no saved money, Omer is one of Muslim’s sons 8 years old was playing in neighborhood with other kids one kid came toward them shouting there is cartoons on television every kid ran to home to watch cartoons except Omer stayed alone no kid plays with him he went home sad his mother asked him did you make quarrel? Omer said no every body went home to watch cartoons but me we have no TV, his mother said I will tell your father to buy TV, Omer became happy waiting his father to buy TV to watch cartoons, Muslim knew his kids want television but he felt sad because he is not able to buy it he tried every thing to buy TV but he couldn’t, Muslim was praying for God to give him enough money to buy TV and bring back happiness on his kids face but after 2 months Muslim became sick effected on him too much and he became crippled laying on bed only.
His wife started to work instead of him during this time American forces were in Iraq some soldiers were helping some poor guys from their own pocket like if they see wheel chair man in front of them they hand him money from their own salary adding for this as my knowledge soldiers were asking Iraqi people who work with soldiers if they know poor people to give them.In this time one of Iraqi man who was working with soldiers this man always was talking for people about generous and very kind soldier loves to help kids, especially orphan kids this soldier paid 50$ 2 times for Iraqi man who was working with soldiers, in this time Iraqi man was in his way to his home he saw Omer in front of house crying and Omer’s mother tries to comfort him the Iraqi man asked them why is Omer crying? Omer’s mother said we can’t buy TV and he wants to watch cartoons, the Iraqi man said I have 100 $ I will take Omer with me to buy TV, when Omer heard this he ran directly to home to tell his brothers and sisters then Omer and Iraqi man bought TV. Now Omer and his brothers and sisters are watching cartoons.
